We know that you will find our home and Oceanside Village a great place to vacation with private gated beach access available
to residents and their guests. The villa is within walking distance to the beach, three tenths of a mile (0.3 mile)/five
hundred yards and located right behind the indoor pool, fitness center and clubhouse.
Take a short walk to the private beach access and the Conch Cafe ( an ocean front restaurant).
Be safe in Oceanside Village gated community and 24 hour security. Enjoy the all year round heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool
in the (summer months), in addition also available for your use are tennis courts, playground, volleyball court, 5 fishing lakes
and a basketball court.
It is equipped with all the conveniences of home, except dishwasher.It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second one with
a double-size bed and one bunk bed room (for 2 kids). Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children.
Full-size washer and dryer.One full bathroom and a one-half bathroom in the master bedroom.
There are 4 color TVs/ 2 DVD players with basic cable TV, Free Hi-Speed Internet access with Wi-Fi (no local ethernet), just bring your Wi-Fi ready laptops!
Bring your cell phone as we do not provide land line telephone service.A gas grill is also provided for your enjoyment.
Front screened in porch with ceiling fan. Cement deck patio accessed from carolina room.
Small pets are permitted. No Smoking allowed inside, but OK in front porch.
If you desire to rent a golf cart, they are available at the front office (See Links). You must be 21 years of age and have
a valid driver's license to drive golf cart.
We provide the linens, towels for the home and beach towels however,
if you would like to bring your own linens or towels that is your choice.We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas.
We ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it, we do not offer maid service. We mainly rent from Saturday to Saturday,
but other options are available. At least one person must be 21 years of age.

The Village consists of 180 acres with 2 pools
(indoor and outdoor and 2 kiddie pools), 5 beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court
and a brand new community center for entertainment.The Conch Cafe is located directly beside the private beach access
Our gated community also features 24-hour security. Also private parking for your car or golf cart with beach access,
complete with private restrooms and outside showers.
Choose from over 1700 restaurants located in the area serving seafood, Italian, steaks, Mexican or anything else you may be hungry for. Enjoy many shows located close by, Legends, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, House of Blues just to name a few. Shop in the many outlet malls (2 Tanger Outlets), specialty shops, pottery shops, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach.
